Fulcrum 2 doesn't show up until after Ahsoka falls in Rebels, so I assume it's passed on a bit like Dread Pirate Roberts is, to help keep the name infamous sorta thing haha. Also, I am perfectly fine with the two of them having interacted briefly before. Or been at the same base at the same time. Even if he had no idea it was Falcrum, he might recognize her as the Togruta that worked for Bail or something~ As for Ashla/Ahsoka names, she did drop Ashla after the events of the book, but I say she uses it here as her name for her Human form (Game power change :D ).]
